This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services, set aside exclusively for SBA-certified SDVOSB concerns, for panic alarm hardware (brand name Lynx or equal) for the Boise VA Medical Center. Offerors providing an "equal" product must submit adequate technical documentation with their quote. The Buy American Act applies, and contractors must complete the corresponding certificate.
