This is a sources sought notice for market research to determine the appropriate set-aside for a firm-fixed-price service contract to restore the existing Alertus mass emergency notification system at the Portland VA Medical Center in Portland, Oregon. The work includes renewed licensing, system inspection, and installation of vendor-provided batteries, and only manufacturer-authorized service providers with access to OEM parts will be considered. The intended contract has a one-year performance period from September 15, 2026 to September 14, 2027, with the inspection service to be performed between September 15, 2026 and December 14, 2026. Interested small businesses, including SDVOSB, VOSB, WOSB, and HUBZone firms, are asked to provide capability statements and courtesy quotes to assist the government in its acquisition decision.
