The Portland, Oregon Veterans Affairs (VA) Health Care System requires system support for its Building Automation System (BAS) at the Portland VAMC and Vancouver VAMC campuses. The contract includes a base year and two option years, with the contractor performing maintenance, proactive upgrades, preventative maintenance, and staff training. Contractors must be onsite two days per week—one day at each campus—with flexibility for specific project needs. The contractor must be certified to operate on Delta Controls and have completed the Fundamental Technical Certification Exam. All employees handling records must complete VA-provided records management training, including initial and annual refresher courses.
