This contract provides reagents, consumables, and a service maintenance contract for two automated ALCOR iSED ESR analyzers at the VA Portland Health Care System Hematology section. A new five-year reagent and service contract is needed, effective 7/15/2026, to ensure continuity of service with current equipment. The required supplies include quality control material, wash solution, thermal printer paper, and test cards. The contractor must provide all consumables and necessary services, including preventive maintenance and emergency repairs, to keep the equipment in operating condition. Performance of services will be at the VA Portland Health Care System in Oregon.
