This is a firm-fixed price solicitation for the complete repair of a Perkin Elmer IVIS system for the VA Portland Health Care Systems Veterinary Medical Unit. The services are to be performed at the VA Portland Health Care System in Portland, Oregon. Offers must be received by 3:00 PM Mountain Time on March 31, 2026.
