The Puget Sound VA Medical Center seeks a contractor to provide weekly onsite sharpening, maintenance, and repair for approximately 1,100 sterile processing instruments per week. The place of performance is the Seattle Puget Sound VA (1660 S. Columbian Way, Seattle, WA) and the American Lake VA (9600 Veterans Dr. SW, Tacoma, WA), with all work to be performed in the contractor's mobile vehicle on-site. The contract is a firm-fixed-price services contract set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. The period of performance includes a one-year base period from April 15, 2026, to April 14, 2027, with four one-year option periods extending through April 14, 2031. The contractor must have at least three years of experience and be an OEM-authorized provider for the services.
