This contract provides 24/7/365 cable, wiring, and technical support for Mann-Grandstaff VAMC electronics and electrical shops, plus outlying CBOCs and Vet Centers. Work includes labor and materials for daily telecommunications operations, SCADA, security camera and Wi-Fi access point installation, electrical metering, work orders, and planned or unplanned office moves/projects. The contract includes 1,500 hours per year at normal business rates (8:00am–5:00pm, Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and Federal holidays), 100 hours per year after-hours (5:00pm–8:00am, weekdays excluding weekends and Federal holidays), and 100 hours per year at weekend/holiday rates for network cabling work orders. Most cabling materials will be provided by the Government, and the maximum ceiling price is $10,000.00 per year, with the contractor exceeding the ceiling at their own risk. Vendors must return VAAR 852.219-75, VAAR 852.219-73 SDVOSB certification, and Parts 1–4 with their quote to be considered for award.
