This is a Request for Information (RFI) for market research to identify potential contractors capable of providing transitional housing services for homeless Veterans as part of the Health Care for Homeless Veterans program. The services are to be performed for the Portland VA Medical Center in Portland, Oregon. The Government anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract with a five-year period of performance.
