Work must be scheduled with the government representative at the start of each quarter, with all test results due by the last week of that quarter. Sampling is restricted to normal business hours on weekdays when the medical center is open. The contractor must maintain detailed chain-of-custody records for each sample, accurately identifying the specific building, room, and outlet location.
