Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This contract requires a laboratory to provide personnel, equipment, and resources to conduct random legionella water testing at the Boise Veterans Affairs Medical Center (BVAMC) campus. All sample collection and analysis must be performed by the contractor, with personnel specifically trained in legionella sampling protocols. Work must be scheduled with the government representative at the start of each quarter, with all test results due by the last week of that quarter. Sampling is restricted to normal business hours on weekdays when the medical center is open. The contractor must maintain detailed chain-of-custody records for each sample, accurately identifying the specific building, room, and outlet location.
