This is a Sources Sought notice for market research to identify potential sources capable of providing a one-year, firm-fixed-price contract for software licensing renewal and support services for the Vaultara brand or its equal. The required services include software, licenses, installation, maintenance, and support for a cloud-based medical image sharing platform across eight VA healthcare facilities in Alaska, Idaho, Oregon, and Washington. The performance period would be from September 30, 2026, through September 29, 2027. Interested vendors must be an authorized OEM, dealer, distributor, or reseller for the proposed system.
