6525--Shielded x-ray cabinet brand name or equal to the X-RAD 320
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a firm-fixed price purchase order, set aside for small businesses, to acquire a shielded x-ray cabinet equivalent to an X-RAD 320 model. The services will be performed at the VA Portland Healthcare System in Portland, Oregon. The period of performance is a base year from April 1, 2026, to March 31, 2027, with delivery and installation required within 90 days of the start date and installation within three weeks of delivery. Questions must be submitted by a specified time on March 4, 2026, and offers must be received by a specified time on March 16, 2026. The award will be made to the response most advantageous to the Government based on the evaluation factors in the solicitation.
