This contract requires a contractor to provide urgent and emergent laboratory testing services, including Blood Banking and Anatomic Pathology, seven days a week for the Roseburg VA Healthcare System and its community outpatient centers in Roseburg, Oregon. The contractor must provide all labor, equipment, and materials, and results must be reported within strict timeframes, such as within one hour for STAT results. All contractor and subcontractor personnel must complete specific background investigations, including fingerprinting and an e-QIP questionnaire, at the contractor's expense. The contractor must submit monthly invoices through the Tungsten system within 30 days. Performance will be monitored by a Contracting Officer Representative through continuous observation and monthly invoice verification.
