The Veterinary Medical Unit (VMU) at the Boise VA Medical Center supports the Research Services investigators at the facility. A new cage washer, Atlantis RW (serial number 921395) for the facility was commissioned for service on 1/1/24. The unit requires preventative maintenance, manufacturer updates and emergency repair service coverage to maintain its functionality. The contractor must show proof of experience of servicing Tecniplast equipment and have the ability to obtain/install only Tecniplast OEM replacement parts.
