This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 36C26026Q0142 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for Snow Removal Services for Mann-Grandstaff (Spokane) VAMC. This acquisition is set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference.
