This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and commercial services as prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented in the attached Request for Quotation (RFQ). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. A firm-fixed price purchase order is anticipated. Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services procedures will be used. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The solicitation number is 36C26026Q0127 and is attached. This solicitation is unrestricted. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 333998 with a small business size standard of 700 employees. This NAICS code is subject is not subject to a waiver. The FSC/PSC is 6670. The Alaska VA Healthcare System is seeking to purchase a Weight-Based Inventory Management System (WBIMS) expansion to their existing system brand name or equal to PAR Excellence. Service Location: Alaska VA Healthcare System, 1201 North Muldoon Road, Anchorage, Alaska 99504 The period of performance will be 180 days after receipt of order in accordance with schedule in the Statement of Work. Award will be based upon the evaluation factors listed in Section E of the attached RFQ. The award will be made to the response most advantageous to the Government.
