The proposed solicitation will be 100% set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). Description of items: The contractor shall furnish all necessary travel, labor, equipment, materials, tools, documentation, management, and parts necessary to perform entry (intrusion and motion sensing) removal of existing, installation of new equipment and continuous panic alarm monitoring and repairs for Fairview, Hillsboro, West Linn, The Dalles, Bend and Salem Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs). 3. Period of performance. The period of performance is a base with four (4) option years. 52.217-8 will be included for an additional six-month extension.
