The NAICS code is 561790, Other Services to Buildings and Dwellings, small business size standard $9.0M. 2. Description of items: The Contractor shall perform snow removal services for the sidewalks, roads and parking lot of the Jonathan M. Wainwright (Walla Walla) Veterans Affairs Medical Center facility. 3. Period of performance. The period of performance is a base with one option year. 52.217-8 will be included for an additional six-month extension. Anticipated start date is approximately the first week of November 2025. 4. This procurement is anticipated to solicited, evaluated and awarded under FAR part 12 procedures. 5.
