Description of items: The Contractor shall perform preventative and ongoing pest control services for the building interiors and their perimeter grounds of the Portland VA Medical Center, Vancouver VA, The Dalles CBOC facility and bed bug remediation services applicable Community-based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC’s). 3. Period of performance. The period of performance is a base with four (4) option years. 52.217-8 will be included for an additional six-month extension. Anticipated start date is approximately the first week of January 2026. 4. This procurement is anticipated to solicited, evaluated and awarded under FAR part 12 procedures. 5.
