All examinations shall be conducted in accordance with the protocols established by the Oregon Sexual Assault Task Force and the State of Oregon Medical Guidelines for Sexual Assault Evaluation. The Contractor shall ensure a guaranteed response time of no more than two (2) hours from initial notification.
