This is a stand-alone construction project and is not a design-build project. The anticipated NAICS code is revised to 236220. Response to this presolicitation is not mandatory in order to submit a response to the solicitation, when posted. The point of contact for all inquiries is revised to Alan.Perez@va.gov only. It is now anticipated that this RFP will be posted on or around 3 July 2025.
