A SOLICIATION NOTICE IS ANTICIPATED TO BE POSTED IN TIMEFRAME INDICATED BELOW. 1. The proposed solicitation will be set-aside for Service-Disable Veteran-Owned (SDVOSB) Small Businesses. The NAICS code is 561720, Janitorial Services, $22M size standard. 2. Description of Services: Custodial support services for non-direct patient areas at Seattle Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC). 3. Period of Performance: The Period of Performance is a base with four (4) option years. 52.217-8 will be included for an additional six-month extension, if applicable. Anticipated start date is appr. 9/15/2025. 4. The anticipated issuance of the Request for Proposal is appr. 1st week of May 2025 with an anticipated award date appr. 1st week of September 2025 or sooner. 5.
