This is a new requirement to procure and install eight (8) anti?barricade doors, and provide alarm recertification upon completion to support the inpatient Acute Mental Healthcare at Mann?Grandstaff VAMC, WA. This is notice of a total small business set-aside for a NRM construction requirement. One onsite site-visit is scheduled on 02/04/2025 for interested parties. This notice serves as the presolicitation for 668-25-104 the procurement and installation of QTY8 Anti-Barricade Doors and alarm system recertification. 668-25-104 is a construction project located in Spokane, WA for the procurement and installation of QTY8 Anti-Barricade Doors and alarm system recertification. Further details on scope requirements will be provided in the scope documents at such time as the solicitation is released. In accordance with FAR 36.204, the anticipated magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. The Government is anticipating releasing a Request for Proposals for this project under 36C26025R0046 on or around 10 January 2025, but reserves the right to delay or not release the solicitation if facility needs change. The anticipated Request for Proposals will be a total Small business set-aside.
