This notice serves as the presolicitation for 629-24-102 Relocate B232 ITOPS and is not a request for proposals or invitation for bids. 692-24-102 is a construction project located in White City, OR to relocate an ITOPS closet from one floor to another, which includes building a new ITOPS closet. Further details on scope requirements will be provided in the scope documents at such time as the solicitation is released. In accordance with FAR 36.204, the anticipated magnitude of this project is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. The Government is anticipating releasing a Request for Proposals for this project under 36C26025R0004 on or around 4 October 2024, but reserves the right to delay or not release the solicitation if facility needs change. The anticipated Request for Proposals will be full and open competition.
