Veterans’ Health Administration, Regional Procurement Office West, Network Contracting Office 20, is conducting market research for a construction contract to correct the Building 100 envelope moisture barrier, at various locations, to prevent moisture intrusion into wall cavities, and to repair moisture surface damage.
