The Government shall not exerc... : One Firm Fixed Price contract will be awarded for the Puget Sound VAHCS (Seattle and American Lake) for a contractor to provide Bi-Annual grease trap pumping Services. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the service herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the contractor, who in turn is responsible to the Government. The Facilities are comprised of: Seattle Veterans Hospital: (1) 2,500-gallon grease trap. VA American Lake: (1) 500-gallon grease trap at Building 2; (1) 8,000-gallon grease trap at Building 200 Frequency of Service: Services shall be conducted twice annually (every six months).
