Sources Sought Notice Sources Sought Notice Page 4 of 4 Sources Sought Notice *= Required Field Sources Sought Notice Page 1 of 4 This is a sources sought notice for a commercial requirement to assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition strategy by requesting industry input. To assist the Government with this determination, if you are interested in the requirement described below, submit the following to Helen.Woods@va.gov by 02/28/2025: Your company name and SAM UEI number. A brief statement of your company s capability specific to this requirement for a maximum of two (2) pages. Form responses concerning capability will not be considered. If your company is a SDVOSB/VOSB, your capability statement should address VAAR 852.219-75 (JAN 2023) (DEVIATION) s limitations on subcontracting and how your company can provide the requirement within the listed restriction on subcontracting. (Optional) Any questions you have about the requirement to help the Government ensure sufficient information is provided in a solicitation for this requirement. (Optional) Any additional input from industry your company feels is best interest to provide the Government. (Optional) Any concerns with providing domestic end products to meet the requirement to comply with Buy American and/or Trade Agreement Act regulatory requirements? (Optional) Any in process applications with SBA for your business size status or similar? Requirement Synopsis: The minimum requirement is to provide, install, and then clean up the room where installation occurred gym flooring for a facility located in Southern Oregon. The specific gym flooring material must be black in color, made of rubber, and 3/8 thickness. The gym flooring should be interlocking squares that can be lifted and taken apart. Due to intended space usage, a yellow transition ramp that does not block or otherwise any door access points in the room (approximately two) that goes from floor level to the gym floor level is also needed. The period of performance is 90 days after receipt of award. More details including final scope documents will be provided if a solicitation is issued. The anticipated NAICS code is 339920 and the anticipated Product Service Code (PSC) is 7830. Companies providing responses containing the mandatory information requested (no form responses) will be notified if a solicitation is issued that they are eligible to submit a response to based on the final acquisition strategy.
