This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Quarterly Tele-town hall live event services for the VA Puget Sound Health Care System as prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented in the attached Request for Quotes (RFQ). A firm-fixed price purchase order is anticipated. Simplified Acquisition Procedures IAW FAR 13 will be used. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The solicitation number is 36C260-24-Q-0041 and is attached. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-07 dated 09/30/2024 This solicitation is set aside 100% for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses and the associated NAICS Code 517810 has a small business size standard of $40M. The business has been verified for ownership and control pursuant to 38 CFR 74 and is so listed in the Vendor Information Pages database (https://vetbiz.va.gov/). Offeror must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). No contract will be entered into with an unregistered contractor. Internet access allows you to register by completing an electronic on-line registration application at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/ Award will be based upon price, compliance with evaluation factors and past performance in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures of FAR 13. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government. Quotes may be submitted on the attached RFQ or the vendor s own form.
