The Solicitation for project 663A4-23-203 Replace HVAC, Building 19 Phase II for the American Lake VA Medical Center is expected to be posted to Federal Contracting Opportunities on or about July 2024. This will be 100% SDVOSB set-aside. Drawings and specs will be posted for review as attachments to the solicitation. NAICS code: 238220. The scope of this project includes all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to perform a one for one replacement which must be as good or better than the current existing unitary HVAC systems and all supporting apparatus vicinity Building 19 in accordance with the published contract design and specifications. Phase-II HVAC systems provide air conditioning to five (5) HVAC zones which provide heating and cooling to over 2,500 sq ft of interior building space that is consistent with staff offices and cubicles. The Government need for the new HVAC systems is that they are to be safe, reliant, energy efficient, fully digitized and automation controls consistent with gateway and BACnet interface for trends and networking. The new HVAC systems will be submitted in accordance with the contract submittal process and approved by the Government prior to the Contractor proceeding with any part of the scope of work. The project is for building 19 on the American Lake VA Medical Center, IAW FAR 36.204, the magnitude of this construction is between $1,000,000.00 and $2,000,000.00.Â
