The past performance can be 3 pages max per past performance questionnaire. This will not include cover page or table of contents.

THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE The proposed solicitation will be set-aside for Service-Disable Veteran-Owned (SDVOSB) Small Businesses. The NAICS code is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, $45M size standard. Description of Services This project constructs two outdoor structures (pavilions) on the Roseburg VA campus. Project includes installation of rubberized floor over existing concrete pads at the pavilions and rubberized flooring at Bldg 85 courtyard. Project includes site prep for VA furnished exercise equipment and bolt/secure it to the concrete pads. The Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, materials and equipment for this project. IAW FAR 36.204, the magnitude of this construction is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Period of Performance: The Period of Performance is seventy days after notice to proceed. The anticipated issuance of the Request for Proposal is approximately the first week of April with an anticipated award date approximately the fourth week of May 2024. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the Agency.
