Solicitation 36C26024R0029 for project 653-22-116 Create Therapeutic Mindfulness Healing Garden for the Roseburg Veteran Affairs (VA) Healthcare System is estimated to be posted to Federal Contracting Opportunities on or about April 4, 2024. Drawings and specs will be posted for review as attachments to the solicitation. The project is on the campus of the Roseburg VAMC between buildings 2 and 16. This project includes landscaping updates and work as shown in the contract documents. The Contractor will provide all labor, materials and equipment for the demolition and construction services needed to complete this project. All work will meet SOW, drawings, and specification requirements as well as any applicable manufacturer s recommended installation procedures. The landscape renovation includes the following work: Demolition of existing landscaping material, plants, and hardscape paving, and other items located within the project site. Clearing and grubbing of existing soil around the project limits Minor regrading of existing ground Installation of VA furnished items New concrete walks and pads Installation of new plants, trees, and ground cover The project is for various buildings on the Roseburg VA campus. IAW FAR 36.204, the magnitude of this construction is between $250,000 and $500,000.
