Please refer to the attached draft Scope of Work (SOW) for details. This project will be procured as 100% set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) used for this requirement is 236220-Hospital Construction (SBA Size Standard: $45 million annual revenue). The magnitude of this construction project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Veterans Affairs will issue the solicitation on or about April 20, 2024, via SAM.gov. Offerors and quoters are urged and expected to inspect the site where work will be performed. CO s must synopsize a proposed contract action before issuing any resulting solicitation.
