The proposed solicitation will be set-aside for Service-Disable Veteran-Owned (SDVOSB) Small Businesses. The NAICS code is 561720, Janitorial Services, $22M size standard. 2. Description of Services: Housekeeping (Hospital-Grade) Services for the Veteran Affairs Healthcare System (AVAHS), which includes the Muldoon Healthcare Center, the Domiciliary, the Transitional Housing Apartments, the Soldotna Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC), Homer CBOC and Mat-Su CBOC. 3. Period of Performance: The Period of Performance is a base with four (4) option years. 52.217-8 will be included for an additional six-month extension, if applicable. Anticipated start date is appr. 17 June 2024. 4. The anticipated issuance of the Request for Proposal is appr. 3rd week of March 2024 with an anticipated award date appr. 2nd week of May 2024. 5.
