Solicitation 36C26024R0005 for project 653-24-101 Renovate Bldg. 57 for the Roseburg VA Healthcare System shall be posted to Federal Contracting Opportunities on or about 3 November 2023. Drawings and specs will be posted for review as attachments to the solicitation. Proposals will be due about 6 weeks after the solicitation is posted. The project is in Building 57 on the Roseburg VAMC campus. This project includes repainting interior spaces, replacing flooring, and ceiling tiles. Adding a female locker room/shower and adding a shower in the male restroom. The Contractor will provide all labor, materials and equipment for the demolition and construction services needed to complete this project. All work will meet SOW, drawings, and specification requirements as well as any applicable manufacturer s recommended installation procedures. Portions of the building will remain occupied during construction. The renovation includes, but is not limited to, the following work: Demolition of existing flooring material Installation of new flooring throughout the space. Installation of new paint on the walls and ceiling throughout the space Renovating the existing restroom to add a shower. Renovating the existing housekeeping closet into a female restroom/locker room with shower. IAW FAR 36.204, the magnitude of this construction is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.
