The NAICS is 541350, Building Inspection Services, Size Standard $11.5 million. 2. Description of Services: The contractor shall perform a complete annual medical gas testing and inspection of the medical oxygen and piping, medical air, nitrous oxide, vacuum and dental systems, and shall provide equipment maintenance and repairs. Work will be performed at the Spokane VA Medical Center, 4815 N. Assembly St., Spokane, WA 99205. 3. Period of Performance: Base Year. 52.2-7-8 will be included for an additional six month extension. Anticipated start date is approximately 29 September 2024.
