Description of items: Requirement is to perform the semi-annual cleaning and annual cleaning of the kitchen ventilation hoods for 6 commercial kitchen exhaust hoods at the Roseburg VAHCS facility. As per NFPA 96, the commercial kitchen exhaust hoods need to be on a proper cleaning schedule.
