The proposed solicitiation will be set aside for small businesses. The NAICS Code is 339116, Dental Laboratories, Size Standard 500 Employees. 2. Description of Services: The Contractor shall pick up impressions and removable prosthesis, Mann-Grandstaff VA Medical Center (MGVAMC) Spokane, WA Dental Clinics.The Contractor shall provide all transportation, labor, supplies, supervision, and materials required to fabricate dental prosthetics in accordance with prescription specifications. 3. Period of Perfomance: Base + four (4) option years. 52.217-8 will be included for an additional six-month extension, if applicable. Anticipated start date is approximately 30 September 2024.
