The proposed solicitation will be solicited as 100% small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 541350, Building Inspection Services, size standard $11.5M. 2. Description of items: fire protection and life safety inspection, testing and certification for Mann-Grandstaff (Spokane) VAMC. 3. Period of performance. The period of performance for base year is 11-01-2024 to 10-31-2025. The requirement includes four (4) option years. FAR 52.217-8 will also be included for possible six (6) month extension. 4. The anticipated issuance of the Request for Quote is the first week of September with an anticipated award date second week of October. 5. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
