This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for research consultative services with access to existing Healthcare Access and Quality (HAQ) Index that leverages estimates produced by the Global Burden of Disease (GBD) study. Data must be brand name or equal to the University of Washington, Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation (IHME) HAQ index as prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented in the attached Request for Quotes (RFQ). A firm-fixed price purchase order is anticipated. Simplified Acquisition Procedures IAW FAR 13 will be used. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The solicitation number is 36C26024Q0847 and is attached. This solicitation is unrestricted. Period of Performance will be a base plus two option years.
