Description of Services: The Contractor shall pick up impressions and fixed prosthesis, VA Roseburg Health Care System (VARHCS) Dental Clinics.The Contractor shall provide all transportation, labor, supplies, supervision, and materials required to fabricate dental prosthetics in accordance with prescription specifications. 3. Period of Perfomance: Base + four (4) option years. 52.217-8 will be included for an additional six-month extension, if applicable. Anticipated start date is approximately 22 September 2024.
