This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for sterilizer preventative maintenance for the VA Puget Sound Health Care System (VAPSHCS) as prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented in the attached Request for Quotes (RFQ). A firm-fixed price purchase order is anticipated. Simplified Acquisition Procedures IAW FAR 13 will be used. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The solicitation number is 36C260-22-Q-0713 and is attached. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05 dated 05/22/2024. This solicitation is to be solicited unrestricted and the associated NAICS Code 811210 has a small business size standard of $34M. Period of Performance will be a base plus four option years. Base Year: 07/26/24 07/25/25 Option Year One: 07/26/25 07/25/26 Option Year Two: 07/26/26 07/25/27 Option Year Three: 07/26/27 07/25/28 Option Year Four: 07/26/28 07/25/29 Service Location: VA Puget Sound Health Care System 1600 South Columbian Way Building 11, Room 103 Seattle, WA 98108 Award will be based upon price and other factors in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures of FAR 13. The award will be made to the response most advantageous to the Government. Responses should contain your best terms and conditions.
