The NAICS code is 541380, Testing Laboratories and Services, small business size standard $19M. 2. Description of items: The accredited Contractor or Subcontractor shall perform the appropriate laboratory analysis and results upon the Boise VAMC sample arrival. All submitted samples must be handled and analyzed by an AIHA Accredited Laboratory. 3. Period of performance. The period of performance is a base with four (4) option years. 52.217-8 will be included for an additional six-month extension. Anticipated start date is approximately the first week of October 2024. 4. The anticipated issuance of the Request for Quote is the last week of June with an anticipated award date beginning week of August. 5. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. 6. 52.232-18 Availability of Funds (APR 1984) applies.
