This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Tele-town hall live event services for the VA Puget Sound Health Care System as prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented in the attached Request for Quotes (RFQ). A firm-fixed price purchase order is anticipated. Simplified Acquisition Procedures IAW FAR 13 will be used. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The solicitation number is 36C260-22-Q-0647 and is attached. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05 dated 05/22/2024 This solicitation is set aside 100% for Small Businesses and the associated NAICS Code 517810 has a small business size standard of $40M. Offeror must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). No contract will be entered into with an unregistered contractor. Internet access allows you to register by completing an electronic on-line registration application at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/ Period of Performance will be June 14, 2024 thru June 24, 2024 Award will be based upon price only in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures of FAR 13. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government. Responses should contain your best terms and conditions. Quotes must be emailed to Amy.Kuczajda@va.gov and received no later than 2pm MST on 06/12/2024. Quotes may be submitted on the attached RFQ or the vendor s own form. Executed Request for Quote: requires the offeror to complete blocks 17a (block 17a must include a Dun and Bradstreet number), 17b, 30a, 30b, and 30c, on the SF 1449 as applicable.
