REFERENCE INFORMATION BELOW WHEN SOLICITATION IS EXPECTED TO BE RELEASED. 1. The proposed solicitation will be set aside for Service-Disable Veteran-Owned (SDVOSB) Small Businesses. The NAICS code is 561720, Janitorial Services, Size Standard $22M a. NOTE: ensure SDVOSB certification at https://veterans.certify.sba.gov/ 2. Description of Services: The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, tools, supervision and non-personal services necessary to ensure that janitorial services, with some floor and miscellaneous maintenance items, are performed at the Robert D. Maxwell VA Clinic (Bend CBOC). Bend CBOC is roughly 26,000 sq. ft, comprised of both medical and administrative areas. The facility is open Monday-Friday, 7:30 am to 4:30 pm. 3. Period of Performance: Base + four (4) option years. 52.217-8 will be included for an additional six-month extension, if applicable. Anticipated start date is appr. 1 October 2024. 4.
