It is the intent of the Department of Veterans Affairs to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for 3 Automated immunostainers, 2 Special Stainers, 1 Specimen Tracking System, and Digital Pathology imaging System. The BPA shall be under the FSS Contract, Federal Supply Class (FSC) Group 66 III Cost Per Test (CPT)/ Cost Per Reportable Result (CPRR). The Government will award a CPRR BPA to a single Contractor. Contractor agrees to the following terms of the BPA exclusively with the Portland VA Medical Center.
