DESCRIPTION: 1. The proposed solicitation will be set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned (SDVOSB) Small Businesses. The NAICS code is 561710, Exterminating and Pest Control Services, small business size standard $17.5M. 2. Description of items: The Contractor shall perform pest control services for the building interiors and their perimeter grounds of the Portland VA Medical Center, Vancouver VA facility and applicable Community-based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC’s). 3. Period of performance. The period of performance is a base with four (4) option years. 52.217-8 will be included for an additional six-month extension. Anticipated start date is approximately the first week of July 2024. 4. The anticipated issuance of the Request for Quote is the second week of May with an anticipated award date first week of June. 5. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
