The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified sources to perform a potential requirement. The responses received from interested contractors will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 20, is conducting market research to identify potential sources which can provide the following services: The Department of Veterans Affairs Mann-Grandstaff VA Medical Center located in Spokane Washington requires on-site, full service Preventative Maintenance and Repair Services for the Steris Sterilizer and Sterile Processing Service (SPS) systems are kept in proper operating condition and ready to safely and effectively sterilize medical instruments. This contract includes all parts and service to properly provide preventative maintenance, on-site repairs, to ensure that all units are fully operational according to manufacturer specifications prior to departure. RESPONSES SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: company name, address, and business size, point of contact name, phone number, and e-mail address, OEM Certifications for Technicians to provide the services must be included in the response. OEM documentation confirming access to all required OEM parts must be included in the response. Please note whether system is presently offered on a current Government contract.
