The proposed acquisition will be to establish an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC). The goal is for this IDIQ MATOC to provide each station with a qualified pool of SDVOSB s to complete VISN 20 construction requirements. Each requirement will be issued as a task order and competed individually among the pool of MATOC contractors.
