Sources Sought Notice DESCRIPTION The purpose of this Sources Sought Announcement is for market research to make appropriate acquisition decisions and to gain knowledge of potential qualified Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), Veteran Owned Small Businesses (VOSB), Small Business Manufacturers, other Small Businesses interested and capable of providing items requested, as well as any large businesses. The results from this source sought notice will be used to determine set-aside. The intended contract is a firm-fixed price supply purchase. There is NOT an SBA Non-Manufacturer Rule Class waiver for this requirement. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 20, is conducting market research to identify potential sources which can provide the following in support of the VA Southern Oregon Rehabilitation Center & Clinics (SORCC) located in White City, Oregon: SORCC has a need Installation of a pallet rack system is required. No PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS Metal shelving system that connects together to hold supplies; can be reconfigurable and height adjustable; Must be installed by the vendor. JUSTIFICATION Needed to hold filters and other expendables. Vendor shall be an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), authorized dealer, authorized distributor, or authorized reseller for the proposed equipment/system, verified by an authorization letter or other documents from the OEM.
