The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 20, intends to solicit quotes for the Walla Walla, WA VA Medical Center (WWVAMC) and its catchment area. A Performance Work Statement (PWS) will be included in the solicitation. 2. The solicitation will result in the award of a single contract. The resulting contract will be a firm fixed-price contract. The applicable NAICS code is 621910 (Ambulance Services), and the small business size standard is $22.5 million. This procurement will be competed as Unrestricted. 3. The intended contract period is a five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ). 4. Telephonic requests for the solicitation will not be honored. When issued, the solicitation will be available via the Contracting Opportunities website, http://beta.sam.gov/. The tentative solicitation issue date is 03/01/2024, and the anticipated closing date is 03/15/2024. Interested Quoters are advised to consult the actual solicitation for final dates and times. 5. Quoters from all capable and responsible sources will be considered. All prospective Contractors are required to be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) (www.sam.gov) database and should ensure that the applicable NAICS code (621910) is included in the applicable SAM profile prior to submission of quotations. Failure to register in the SAM database will make a potential Quoter ineligible for award.
