The proposed solicitation will be set aside for Service-Disable Veteran-Owned (SDVOSB) Small Businesses. The NAICS code is 561720, Janitorial Services, Size Standard $22M a. Description of Services: The contractor shall provide all management, tools, equipment, supplies, and labor necessary to ensure that custodial services are performed in a manner that will maintain a satisfactory facility condition and present a clean, neat and professional appearance. Services are to be done at Twin Falls VA Clinic in Twin Falls, ID. 3. Period of Performance: Base + four (4) option years. 52.217-8 will be included for an additional six-month extension, if applicable. Anticipated start date is appr. 1 March 2024. 4.
